Allah aap ke liye aasani kare. I understand your pain and cannot imagine what you have been through. Allah aap ko sabr e jameel atta kare. 4 months is a long time. If you are so much stressed then you need to talk to a psychiatrist first. Zaroori nahin k wo aap ko dawai de. Dawai k baghair bhi masla hal ho sakta hai. Aap pehle psychiatrist se baat kar k dekh lein wo kya kehte hein aapki mojoda halat k bare mein.
