Kindly detail your history of anxiety depression panic and addictions and what is the relationship between of addictions to the current symptoms, either symptoms are because of addictions or you start addictions due to anxiety depression

I work in DGS an international sales call center, I work as a Sales Executive, deppression and anxiety is a gift from my mom and her side of family. No reason of addiction. I've already quit hash and thats but its coz I got caught in office and almost got fired bit they just reinstated me so deppression and anxiety is little less now.
