What are the withdrawal effects? May be these are not due to medications but when you stop medicine you may start facing the symptoms of depression again. Because antidepressants have no dependance potential. You can easily tapper off when you are 100% symptoms free

Or switch it to fluoxetine 20 mg and go again for tapering slowly which will be tolaratable..
