I m taking antidepressants for last 3y, much recoverd ,but even on tapering off,I face withdrawal effects, I feel I m medicine dependent for the rest of my life,.,. Will I never be normal?plz help me out

Yes, do tapper off properly it depends upon medicine you taking and the dose as well so then will gradually tapper down
What are the withdrawal effects? May be these are not due to medications but when you stop medicine you may start facing the symptoms of depression again. Because antidepressants have no dependance potential. You can easily tapper off when you are 100% symptoms free
depends on the antidepressant you taking needs to be tapered off with the help of your psychiatrist.
secondly we need know whether you have discontinuation symptoms or relapse of your depression.

Taper off in the range of 5-10 % per two weeks,
Or switch it to fluoxetine 20 mg and go again for tapering slowly which will be tolaratable..
