Overconsuming caffeine from tea may cause anxiety and restlessness. If you notice these symptoms, reduce your tea intake or try substituting with caffeine-free herbal teas.

limit your caffeine intake, as it may cause mood symptoms. but u maybe just associating your symptoms with tea yourself, that is common in many psychiatric disorders. keep yourself physically active. indulge in relaxation exercises

Welcome, your history is very short to make a conclusion, you are visiting a psychiatrist and taking medication, and there must be improvement on it, you need to see how much you have improved and try to figure out the triggers of your depression, as for as your mood is related to tea consumption, there is no interactions caffeine and paroxetine, Tea has historically been associated with mood and performance benefits, such as relaxation and concentration. if you think it is related to the tea consumption then better to reduce the tea consumption. Thanks

Tea usually boost the mood due to chemical caffeine but as every individual is different is might possible it is acting other way around with you.
other think which is important to remember people in depression tend to focus more on negative things in your case as you mention you are focus on you facial low mood. Try to pay less attention to these negative cues and focus more on positive aspect of your behaviour.
with time hopefully you will feel a differences.
