Talk to Psychiatry on Depression And Anxiety

My mother is suffering from depression for almost 4 years she is also patient of hypothyroidism but thyroid is under control but now depression is at its worse and is taking over her ability of thinking she isnt able to sleep even with sleep pils i have consulted a psychiatrist but the results are not satisfactory as the medicine ( olpin and reline ) he suggested arent effective
