Asking For Someone else, Father, Male, 54 Years old, Lahore KB Colony

My father, aged 54, has been at home for the past 10 years. His medical history includes:

Previous Conditions:

- Initially suffered from TB in the backbone disk (recovered). - Developed other issues, mostly improved by 85% with treatment over the last 2 years: > Weakness in nerves > Brain disorders > Left-side stroke, headaches, recovered > Neck pain and shoulder tension > Dizziness and vertigo > Depression > Blood Pressure

- Recent Condition: Depression, with a 70% recovery, but some symptoms persist along with occasional issues from the past conditions.

Could you please recommend the best course of action for further treatment and management of these symptoms? JazakAllah.

Treatment and management can be planned while keeping current issues in mind and the type and dosage of medicine he's currently taking
