Welcome, Yes it is true that every psychiatrist deal with agoraphobia or any other psychiatric disorder, actually what we do in this situation, we avoid the situation because we can not face or feel embarrassed or fear of being observed that is why we mostly avoid these situations where we feel that we may get panic and mostly has an uncertainty what if I get panic in this situation and who will help, so with this fear, we usually do not come out of our comfort zone, this AVOIDANCE behavior further reinforces the fear, on the top of the treatment this needs professional counseling sessions but if symptoms are severe enough affecting the quality of life medications are also required. better to seek professional help online or by visiting at the clinic for proper treatment. Thanks
