Welcome, Dr. Prof. Dr. Rizwan Taj is right that you are taking Effexor white a high dose, and if still symptoms it meas you need to have consultation to review your diagnosis, review the treatment, two antidepressants can be given at one time but in certain condition when depression is severe, chronic, not responding the medication and it also necessary to identify the psychosocial factor which can be barrie in treatment. patient may require psychotherapy session to get better. Thank you
