I had depression from oct 2018.so I check up from various pshychatric & this is my third time I counsult doctor through marham yesterday I made a vedio counsaltation in karachi.My temporal muscle are collapse on both side & no pain & severe difficulty in sleep.Medicine used in two years its formula is Escitolopram 10&20mg flouxitine capsule now use paraxyl cr 12.5 mg.sir I requested that prrscribe me that medicine in which little steriod that action quickly.feel relaxation. last two year i dont feel relaxation & every time is mood off..

Aoa. I hope you’re doing well. May Allah make it easy for all of us. Psychiatric problems are very painful. Only the person having the issue knows what’s he or she passing through. In your case you need to be reassessed for your symptoms as you don’t seem to be improving with current medications. Steroid shouldn’t be used as they’ve a lot of side effects including serious psychiatric consequences. I will suggest to have a video call so that the headache and it’s symptoms are completely assessed. Best wishes and regards.
