Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Model town Lahore

I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and depression and have been juggling between doctors like Imran Ijaz and Dr waseem in iqra complex so far I have taken olanzapine upto 30mg and risp upto 6mg and zipramin upto 40mg and cipralex upto 20mg still little improvement has taken place please tell me what to do about it which doctor to go to at what time and what location and also know that I have symptoms of schizophrenia like seeing internal movies and acting as if it's real while I know it's unreal and also I have habit of listening to music for a very long periods and getting all lost in internal movies

Bipolar 2 is hypomania alternating with depression.
depressive symptoms are sometimes hard to treat but not impossible.
thorough evaluation needed.
also the symptoms of listening to music and getting lost in interval movies as you said could be different phenomena which shouldnt be confused with bipolar.
Could be personality .
see some psychiatrist pls.
