Talk to Psychiatry on Escitalopram Dose For Ocd

i am taking 30 mg escitalopram for my ocd since 2 months and 2 weeks by the advice of ny psychiatirst. but my ocd is only 50 percent improved. is it safe to inceease it to 40 mg .. also i dont want to combine any antiosychotic with it bcze i tried all of them and none of them worked. just want to know if it is safe to increase my escitalopram to 40 mg
