Sertraline and other SSRI have effects on glaucoma. In such conditions where antiglaucoma and anti anxiety drugs are mandatory should be in consultation with both psychiatrists and opthalmologist

Alprazolam and other benzodiazepine should not be taken in glaucoma particularly narrow angle one. If necessary than consult with consultant

Yes, you are right, high eye pressure is the major risk factor for glaucoma and the precautionary measures would be same as for glaucoma that's the reason your conditions be discussed with ophthalmologist for eye pressure and psychiatrist for anxiety and related medications

Yes it may dilate the pupil and affect some patients predisposed to closed angle or narrow angle glaucoma. It has to be used cautiously if the prescriber has no alternative.
