Aoa, I feel sadness & passing through thanatophobia. Kuch din both achy guzarty hai lakin phr wohe sadness. 3,4 psychtrist Sy consult kr Chuka ho GAD kehty hai but koi faida nhe ho rha.Hr wqt ek khauf rehta hai jesy mjhy heart disease hai ya brain Mai stroke ho jaye ga.recently sary test krwaye hai ECG , CBC ,lipid profile , hepatitis etc sb test normal hai.

these medicines take at least 2 weeks to show their effect. please keep on taking sert regularly and hopefully you will respond in 2 weeks. if not, there are multiple options that can be used instead of sert. and you need consistent treatment for at least 1 year
