first of all I want to clear that there is not a single doctor only, who can certify u for surgery. it has to follow a proper protocol for management, that includes a team of doctors from multiple speciality. better to follow a proper management rather than directly asking for surgery. it is a complicated issue, donot get misguided by a single professional's advice for it.
