Talk to Psychiatry on Gender Identity

Following the lifestyle secretly since childhood. Crossdress regularly whenever finds an opportunity. Having bisexual orientation and love being dominated when in a relationship. Tried to curb the tendency but not been able to resist the temptation to feel and be like an opposite gender. Was difficult to pen down and express but have tried to; things are much beyond this. Gets difficult at times; the pressures - society, people around, environment - judgemental and not very conducive. I wish to get on the track, confused as to which path to go. Need help, therapy, advice, guidance.
