Dear doctor i want to know is there a good medicine for Health Anxiety especialy cardiac anxiety? I dont want any addictive medicine. just normal one with minor to no side effects. because i am facing this issue for past 7 months badly. thanx
Yes.... There are good medicines with less side effects... But you have to keep patience for them to effect.

Remember i dont have any depression or hopelesness or insomenia, i take 7 hour sleep. just what i cant do is to lessen my negative thoughts about my minor illness. i take it as major illness....these months onwards i am constantly in fear of cardiac issues. angina, arothmias etc....i physicaly feel palpitations and pain but tests are clear.
