meri sister ko March 2019 may Encephalitis hoa tha us k bad kuch arsa tak Epileptic Fits hoty reh but ab Epileptic kafi arsy se khtm ho chuky hain aur Hysterical Fits hoty hain to Consultant Psychiatrist ne ECT advice kiya hai with low voltage but Psychologist jis se sessions chal reh hain unho ne kaha k ect ki need nahi hai aur na Conversion Disorder ki treatment may ECT hota hai. meri sister bazahir active aur khush lgti hain ghar ki hr qism ki activites may wo involve rehti hain koi b 3rd person dekh k nai keh skta k inhain koi illness hai. but unhen aksar souty hoey ya jagty hoey fits start ho jaty hain kabhi duration kam hota hai to kabhi 20 minutes tak. to videos dekhny k bad Neurologist aur Psychologist ne kaha k ye PNES / Conversion Disorder hai. Kindly advice den k ECT krwana chayeh ya nahi??? Currently medicine jo chal rahi hain unka screenshot attached hai.
ECT is not the treatment of conversion disorder. But psychiatric medication should be adjusted with proper consultation with psychiatrist

Don't go for ECT get an EEG as soon as possible after fit and Consult with psychologist
Would be better to get another consult with someone else, ECT would not be good in such condition, and if the medication is adjusted there is great probability of improvement.
Some medicines can be increased and added.
