need admission in good rehab center with trained staff to do proper psychological workup. patients who do not want to quit drugs are really hard to manage and relaps chances are also high
if patient isn't ready to recover, involuntary hospitalisation (zabardasti ya bahanay Se hospital lekar Jana) is the only solution
