Asking For Self, Female, 17 Years old, Abbottabad
Since its Ramadan and everyone has sleeping issues, i believe my case is a bit abnormal. Mostly people sleep after sehri but even after sehri and being awake for almost 15 hours, i cannot sleep. I lay wide awake for hours and somehow go to sleep around 7.30 am. I believe it is dangerous for my health and i am unable to follow my study routine. Please suggest a way out as it heavily influences my performance in daily activities
1. Search* Sleep Hygeine * on internet and practise it
2. consult a local psychiatrist to prescribe you a sleep inducer
