Talk to Psychiatry on Irritation In Behavior.

i face mood shifting very quickly. don't wanna do anything. I'm 4th year university student. I was always engaged with studies, i found studying fun. but now I'm just so done with everything. i don't wanna go university. i just want to stay home. don't wanna meat anyone. they're alot of mean people in university and my friend group as well. i feel irritation and i feel my blood boiling whenever i see them, and then my head just hurt so bad. i forget things easily. i forget where i put my stuff, or what I'm even talking about. i misplace words soo much now. sometimes alot of aggressive and scary thought crosses my mind. but i just control myself by leaving that place or by just closing eyes and taking long breathes. thought are like, (push them from stairs, or stab them with smth, or just grab them from hair and punch them against wall). i was not like this. but i face these things alot nowadays. I'm soo irritated..
