Suffered from Phycological Issues such as 1. When there is presentation in my class . I got panic and this drain my whole energy 2. Lack of Social Activities. Such As Making friends and enjoying with friends . meeting with friends .Introducing friends with my family etc 3. Suddenly Mood Swing with a negative thoughts. Such as Thoughs from any Past bad incident . This destroy my whole pleasant day 4. panic attacks 5. When some negative thought stuck in my head so it remain for 1 week and then it disappear
