The fear came into my mind that the blood flow or oxygen to my brain short and i will fell down due to this. why its happening? is it arrythmia? or sudden blood pressure low problem?

Well you need to get your few lab investigations done after complete psychiatric evaluation, if the problem is medical it will be dealt accordingly and if the problem is due to anxiety disorder it is there with complete cure don't worry.

You need to do some investigations like Thyroid function test, ECG and EEG to rule organic issue 1st.
If you have already been experiencing same kind of symptoms then most probably it was either panic attack or anxiety related symptoms. You have not mentioned about your physician and treatment....If you have taken treatment from a psychiatrist then your necessary laboratory tests must have been done before diagnosing you a case of Anxiety disorder. But if you have never visited a psychiatrist then you need to see one. Its his decision after understanding your illness what laboratory tests you need.
