Asking for Sister, Female, 25 years old, Karachi

Hi, my sister is showing unusual behavior. Initially she was depressed and use to cry, not telling us anything but seems like she thinks too much about her uni fellows behaviour. When the condition worsen, she started being suspicious and thinking that there are cameras and microphones in house. Dr. Iftikhar from Liaquat National gave her medicine and then her situation improved. She still talks and laughs, talking to someone in her mind, not present here and has anger management issues. We took her to sessions but the therapist did not diagnose what was the problem. Also, we cannot go to Clifton so frequently so we stopped as she was resistant and refused to go to sessions and the doctor also seemed not so interested and he never asked why patient is not coming for therapy. Please help. P.S. It would be easy to us to go for therapy in Gulshan and near areas regularly to affordable doctor

Her symptoms reflects that she has psychotic symptoms means symptoms which are out of reality, she need medications properly and psychotherapy sessions doesn’t work at this point and patient get easy non-compliant so get expert psychiatric opinion. Thanks

She's not being like this anymore. Nowadays, she just doesn't talk and weep or laugh... Too much in her head and confused. As mentioned above, psychiatrist told us to quit medication after hallucinations stopped and even therapist recommend a psychiatrist but said it's not needed at the time. Though, we're searching for some good options again... Please recommend.
