My brother's heartbeat increases a lot. He fells down while walking.He doesn't eat much. He is fearful. He does not sleep well. He also had abdominal broblem yesterday. He is suffering from it from two weeks. Please Help!

Aoa, that must have been quite disturbing for you and family. Whatever is the root cause you brother needs to go to nearest hospital for complete evaluation of his condition. Falling down is something to be explored first, for that it is appropriate to be seen by a medical specialist initially. If he is found having no medical issue then he will automatically be referred to a psychiatrist in a tertiary care hospital. If you go to any small hospital, just take him to a psychiatrist by your own self once he is found absolutely fit medically. Then you can consult online too. Many psychiatric illnesses start during teenage and patients get good results if treatment is started in time. Even if it is panic disorder or any other psychiatric disorder, do not waste time.He will get better IA with medication and talking therapy.
