When it comes to any sort of disturbance in our body, be it physical or psychological, Age becomes irrelevant. We see children developing diabetes or epilepsy at very early age and they need to take medication to keep the illness at bay, sometimes for life but it's necessary otherwise they won't be able to live and enjoy their life as they are supposed to be. Same goes for your condition, if you wish to avoid taking medication for long periods, or wish to avoid heavy doses, we can always go for psychotherapy and focus more on it. But you need to consult a psychiatrist in order to gain control of your life again. Regards.
kindly book consultation,,it needs urgent treatment,,we are here to help you
