Salam! Sir I have been suffering from various mental health issues. For the past seven years,there wouldn't be a single psychologist+ psychiatrist whom I didn't consulted. Unfortunately they didn't not get the inner situation of my body.There are certain thoughts,images and emotions when I find them in my body,I start shivering and tensed up.Certain behaviors of people also trigger me. The environment in my family is so suffocating for me. Unfortunately, I hate medication since it had only worsened my problem. I'm on the verge of succide. I hate my looks and my body. Is there any skilled psychologist who can pull me out of this malaise. Help me find out!
Joint effort is needed from Psychiatrist and Psychology , new medications are less likely to give side effects but none will work unless indicated.

Mental health issues are always complex and complicated enough to deal with and obviously associated with mental exhaustion and anxiety.It looks like support system is not working for you and as you have been through this and currently having suicidal thoughts,please visit nearest psychiatrist for help and evaluation.Nobody wants medication but if they are made for some reason then we must accept the advice of the psychiatrist.I wish you well
