I'm facing anxiety these days...pehly b hota h sometimes but recently i got eye flu jis ki wja se start hua and while taking shower i felt k me bahir nhi ja skti space kam h mera saans band ho jy ga and it started abhi b sometimes i feel it...har cheez irritate krti h orders...ghr k kaam....neend boht kam ho gae h.... unconsciously me jaw pe pressure dalti hun and it hurts...i feel alone and just wanna disappear for sometime...very uncomfortable plzz help
