Talk to Psychiatry on Mental Illness
Asking for Mother, Female, 70 years old, Karachi
My mother is in depression these days. Im the only child she has. She gave birth to me after 10 years of her marriage (after 5 miscarriages). Has gone through a lot in her life. Now she thinks that im in Pakistan (im in new Zealand ). And dr gave her medicine related to parkinson's n epilapsy. I wanna ask if there's any cure. Her age is 70.

Asa she is right now these days ?? who is care provider ?? any history of hypertension , diabetes?? family history of Alzheimer's or other neurological deficits???

Shez with her sister n her family. Yes and is hypertensive. But Alhamdulillah she is recovering and is talking normally. My father was diagnosed with parkinson's disease. Thanks alot for your time doctor. Bless you.

My brother in law is in depression for last 6?years . He has fears . He has lacked confidence in himself . He has some religious issues too which he is unable to discuss with any of the family members . He is not willing to marry too as he says that I can’t take care of myself how I can take care of anyone else . Kindly advise and help needed
