aoa respected doctors we helpless and experiencing very worst brother is mentally ill but woh ap nay saray krsakta hay bas bilny men problem bar bar repeat krna bat ko ab woh apni bhabhie yanimeri wife ko marna chahta hay bht zyada hyper ho gaya hy he is not accepting my wofe after six years of my marriage he wants to kick out his bhabhie halankay woh usay kuch nahi ghoor k gandi nazron se dekhta hay school men admit krwaya tha wahan se bhi complains ayin k female se prhna chahta hy ek cuzn se tution lagwai to ab uskay peche par gaya hay hyper state men kisi ko nahi dekhta maabaap bhai behenorbhtmaarta hay n pitta bhi hay ko dabochleta hy buray tareqe se i havr take appointment but suddenly two week se isay asa kia hua hy k itna worse ho gaya hamuamla we rshocked kindly help us respected doctors

I think this patient is unmanageable and this need special attention and better to-visit a psychiatrist and get help he may need admission

Me samjh skta hon jis takleef sy ap or apki family guzar rahi hy. Mgr abhi apko nazdeeki psychiatrist ko visit krna chahye, jo poory muaana krny k baad zaroori ilaaj and hidayat muhya krskengy.
U need to vist psychiatrist.

May be wo mania mein behaviour and increases sexual desire taking some addictive drugs

no he is not taking any kind of drugs he is only on medicines since childhood ....

we have consulted to pshychiatrist he continued epival 500mg 1+1
Revotril and added Quissil
then after thwo days
we went to karwan e hayat for admission dr, suggested dapakan 500 mg 1+1, ozapine 0.5+1, another tablet instead of revotril forgot its name and dr advised to consult neurologist...
then
we consulted neurologist she suggested attentra 10 mg 0.5, adenol 400 mg 1, seven sea 1
another phychiatris injected flucate 25 mg .......
he doesnot sleep but feels sleepy .... still hyper but thora farq and parents are very disturbed and confused what to do next.....
