Talk to Psychiatry on Mental Illness (Starts Talking & Shouting Sometimes)

My father did second marriage without telling my mother and when se came to know about it she went in shock (according to me) after that she started talking to herself and someone imaginary. She talks about india, our political leaders and also about our family. Sometimes she starts shouting loudly and sometimes starts whispering quietly. She also starts smiling randomly. Her everyday things are not affected by this condition as she does everything normally. She sometimes looks onto the walls and ceiling like somthing is there. That is all so can u plz tell me what should i do?
