I have mental.problems OCD.IBS.Anxiety.Depressio (3 months) GAD Mjhy aik.soch bar bar ati h.Koi kam delay ni kr.pati.Zindagi mn hr cheez hai but sakoon ni hai. Hr wqt kam.ki.tnsn.Health ki tnsn.Anxiety dil.ghabrana be chaini. Hr wqt pareshan Iska hal hai.. OCD mjhy bachpan sy hai pr wo itnaon and off hai but strong hai baqi sb kuch b bht zuada higaya b bemari ka khuf etc hr kam.ka plan ho uncertainity ni bardasht hoti Zhn blkl bdl.gya hai khushi b bardasht ni hoti Koi nrml.situation b bht bari lgti h.R mind accept ni kr pata
