Asking For Self, Male 31, Chakwal
I am Muhammad Latif psychiatric patient of Mood Disorder with 30% disability diagnosed by a classified psychiatrist of defence doctor in 2014. I am getting regularly treatment from Defence hospitals but still not recovered well. Two days ago I visited a psychiatrist in private hospital and dignose me bipolar affective disorder. My question is regarding disability? In this situation I can eligible for disability benefit or not. Plz guide me.

It depends on the regulations of your employer - Armed forces, Public Sector, Private sector etc. or health insurance company, for assessment and provision of disability benefits. Please check with them. Each of these has different policies and procedures.
