Talk to Psychiatry on Negative Stories

Salam, My mum is 40 or maybe in addition; she has suffered a lot of traumatic events, such that she got breast cancer from which she recovered. My Father never worked, so she was always under Stress, And he was also a drunkard. So it is a plus point. According to my analysis, my mother thinks all my Uncles are enemies of ours; no doubt they are aggressive and Illiterate. And they do play mind games, but still, my mother is on her extreme she makes up things such that; My Younger Uncle is planning things; if he says something, he has things planned for that; honestly, I have started to believe she thinks negatively for people, (some of them are). Now she has migraine headaches. Furthermore, She takes a sleeping pill (rivotril) for 6 months; otherwise, she cannot sleep, but now even with the pill, she wakes up at 2 am (midnight). She complains that her ears ring. Doctors have suggested that she has Ménière's disease, for which she did Treatments but unresolved.
