I am suffering with social anxiety I think or you may suggest, as when I get nervous during social gatherings and someone points at me, or when I feel like someone is observing me, I get nervous, and my hands start shivering, and the areas around my mouth as well, my neck and backbone also start shivering, when it gets worse my head also start shaking, I feel difficulty while talking or smiling, and if someone notices that I get into anxiety for a few time thinking about that, plz suggest what should I do
