Talk to Psychiatry on Obsessive Complulsive Disorder

Aoa.4 year back from now i was sleeping at night and felt some body movement on my left side and got scared from that I just going to be get heart attack and different thoughts were coming to my mind I also got axiety as well then after medical check my all test ecg,echo,thyriod,blood test were cleared Alhumdolilah but thoughts and thought about heart attack were same I went to pshyiatrist and diagnosed OCD he precribed one BALEXA 10 MG tablet daily to me I took it for 2.5 years and then stopped taking this medicine on family pressure after 5 to 6 months of this scenario I again got stuck on one thought that I am going to die and then I try to control my unwanted thought without medicine but I couldn't get proper sleep at night even at day time I went again to pshchiatrist he again prescribed me balexa 1 dose at morning and 1 dose at night I took this medicine for 2 month but no improvement in sleep I again left it now I can't sleep deeply my mind like that all things are flushed I ob
