Sir I am very much upset. OCD has destroyed my life. Uncontrollable thoughts and filthy imaging about sex all the time even in prayer keep on distracting . I am suffering from this since 2016. This has developed in me gradually.... Bad and unethical things about religion also disturb me all the time. Sir please please help me
