Talk to Psychiatry on OCD
Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Rawalpindi
Salam i am in much difficulty regarding my severe ocd fighting with it for almost 15 yr previously i was taking cipralex 10 -40 mg for almost 4 yr but now another doctor change my medicine and shift it to prozac 20 mg but i am feeling much more anxiety on it please guide me what to do should i go back on cipralex or not.

You should start your previous medication in same dose on which you were
stable. It's proven scientifically that the medication to which patient
respond well should be given on relapse i:e on re emerging of symptoms.

Salam I'm suffering dont know what.I wash my hand all the time my clothes even when I touches anything I start washing it even my mob,remote,all the time I'm taking bath..and it's on peak kindly advice something...
