If you are diagnosed by a psychiatrist then you better consult your doctor again, but agar aap ny kabhi psychiatrist ko nhi dikhaya to aap dikha k pehley diagnose hon, phir aap ka dawa sy ilaj hona chahiyey. Agar OCD ka ilaj depend karta hey k disease kitni purani hey, mareez apny ilaj main kitna serious hey, doctor kitna qabil hey. Yey bimari treatable hey.
