Talk to Psychiatry on OCD HELP!
Asking For Self, Male 25, Lahore
need help. I am lost.. Please guide me.. My age is 25 years I am suffering from Ocd since childhood. It is Pure O intrusive thoughts. I was not depressed back then but now I feel demotivated, dont go out for shopping, just like being in my room alone. I feel so useless. Only went to a psychatrist once in my life time. He prescribed me faverine. I was taking 100mg. But it was not working well. Now From 4 months I stopped taking it. Please guide me should I see a psychologist, psychotherapist, psychatrist? I am confused that whom to reach first..can you refer me a specalist who treats OCD in Lahore?
