please go to your nearest government hospital and consult a government psychiatrist,They will see you and give you free medicines as well, psychologists are also available there for free therapy sessions, your condition is treatable

I do understand the issues you are facing and it is very difficult, but medicine should be prescribed only after detailed assessment, medication for such conditions is not something which can be taken lightly, secondly when an assessment is done other options can also be advised. Regards
