Mere sister ki mental hair harab hae. .. aisky lye humny acute depression ki tablets rakhe hen but aj aisny begair ksy ko batay 5 tablelts olzapine 5mg kha le hen aub aisko kya nuqsan hoga?

5 tablets Olanzapine ki equal to 25 mg total. Although it's not a very high dose but can cause sedation and breathing difficulty.

Salam, it seems that your sister is in a challenging situation. The immediate effects to monitor are heart related and sedation. This medication is not known to cause extra pyramidal side effects ie stiffness, tremors, or movement problems. Please do an ECG and have it reviewed. If ok then just monitor. However if her mental state is still not well, she maybe at risk of repeat overdose. She needs to be monitored for her safety and needs a psychiatric review. Happy to help if needed.
