If you are only taking xanax for depression or anxiety : it's not a proper treatment for this. If you are feeling pain in chest and medical you have done all the tests to rule out cause of chest pain then it might be due to anxiety. If reports are clear than it might leading to some anxiety disorder u need
to visit psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment xanax or
medixations only are not sufficient psychotherapy in mandatory.
