Aslam Aleekum. Mujhe taqreeban 4 Saal ho gae hai panic attack ki bemari ko mai kae tablet use kiya hai but not working. mai afne home mai belkul normal ho lekin jab bahar jata ho aachanag se mujhe both qabraht ho jata hai dil karta hai abi wapas home mai jao. abi ek saal se mai .. Paraxyl cr and pentoxil m use kar raha ho . dr ne be ye jari rehne ko kaha hai but mujhe lagta hai in ko use karne se koe paeda nahe. I Think is bemari ka koe elaj nahe hai .. now what i do . mai kaya karo ye jare rako ya band karo ?? Panic achanag se ho jata

Apki symptoms panic disorder k sath agoraphobia (akaily bahir jany se dar lagna) wali lag rahi han.
Mai apko apny 10+ years k experience ki bunyad per keh raha hun: ye bemari bilkul qabil e ilaj ha.
Mera mashwara ha:
Pentoxol M ko foran band kar dena chahye. Agar symptoms 1 year se puri tarah behtar nai ho rahi to humain Paroxetine (Paraxyl CR) ko increase karny, aur psychotherapy (bat cheet) k ilaj ki zarurat ha.
Bemari ki mukamal tashkhees aur medicines k jayzay k liay ap mujh se rabta kar sakty han
