Tomorrow i have flight and i have severe phobia from plane.i feel suffocated nd anxious when i travel but i have to go plz help me. Tel me any medicin for panic attack.im too much afraid of plane,its very dificult for me to travel with two babies plz help

Take ALP 0.5mg about 40 minutes before take-off. I would suggest you to take proper treatment as ALP is habit forming medicine so you can’t take it on regular basis.
