hello to psychiatrists. i was chronic bipolar2 patient after treatment got smptomfree for few months mild depression again hit me doctor gave me 2 medicines recovered from depression. now issue is that i have much potential than any normal person in terms of creativity,learning.My mind is somewhat sophisticated medicine just lifted my mood not my creativity, motivation.It offends me a lot that my talent is masked.suggestions are welcome..an obliged.

you must consult with your psychiatrist to increase the dose of medicine or add some more medicine to elevated your mood.
Medication is not the sole cure for Bipolar Disorder. Human doesn't work on Auto systems i.e. when someone with bipolar is going high, psychiatrists increase medication dose or another adjunct medication and when someone is low they add antidepressant. It requires careful management and life adjustments. If you are having problems with your functioning it means you r not managed well. Discuss the matter with your treating Psychiatrists. Tell Ur concerns to him/her so that he reviews management plan.
