Taking multiple medications is a common problem in Pakistan where people visit one physician after another and continue taking medication prescribed by the previous physician also thinking this must be doing some good. All modern meds are powerful agents and have side effects. You are doing an admirable job trying to cut down her medication. But not having any medical knowledge is a stumbling block. I can only suggest have expert medical advice.
