Aripiprazol can cause sleep disturbance and irritablilty. so it can use single dose at night
sir your daily routine? any stress history? physical activity?
It's important to add a psychologist in your treatment plan so that you don't become dependent on these medications and instead unlearn beliefs that have kept you worried and learn healthier ways of dealing with anxious thoughts.
consult clinical psychologist for psychotherapy sessions along with medicines to cope with GAD.
you can book an appointment with me for further details.
thank you
SSRI have a huge propensity to switch to Mania and you might had some EPS with sudden withdrawal of Aripiprazole. It is a good drug for GAD.
I think the answer in this case is go back and speak to the prescriber.Discuss the same thing with them.It should come up from both sides;joint decision.Best of luck
