Thank you very much doctor for the response you given. No, actually i am stuck on 400mg dowvigil and i am satisfy on this dose. The dr. given me the permission for it but you know doctors are well know about it never increased further more even to be honest with you i love this concentration and the horrible dreams i was saw for the whole of my life before this med are completely stopped you know i am satisfy from this dose i tried to be reduced it very slowly then again the dreams start. Even i searched for another brand to be reduced it but you know didn't find any satisfied brand like Martin Dow. I am alone have friends for the limited time and the other i am a freelancer work on freelancing platforms and require fully attention and you know very creative. Thanks.

Thank you very much doctor for the response you given. Yes Dr. i am using right now ZylexSR 300 or 375 Dowvigil 400 Keplin15 for sleep Quesel25 revotril0.5 or half of it and Gabica too but i reduced it from 300 to 50mg successfully. Thank you very much.

i believe your medication needs to be reviewed. from your response, i got the impression you are using bupropion and modafinil interchangeably, but that's not how you use them. i believe your medications need to be cut down to minimum that cover most of your problems

Yes dr. i know specially for the Dowvigil i am on the highest dose reached on this dose within 5 months you know my further whole story. Now, i am telling the truth actually i am on thyroxine too 100 sat sun 50mg my started treatment of thyroid 3 years ago for the first 2 months tiredness which was getting from Neolexa 15mg was stopped but suddenly was feeling panic at that point to be reached i can't be stopped myself from started revotril but my very old neurologist who was treating me from 2008 prescribed Clonatril 0.5 2 times i was trusted him very much whenever i was taken clonatril my whole world were be changed to colourful world then after 1 year the clonatril pharma was stopped to be made it same Neurodr. prescribed revotril didn't found revotril as effective as clonatril was. Now i am gaining the exact point of clonatril from dowvigil that's why i am on this dose i don't want to use any med but what can i do i was very worried about my this dose was searching here there to go down to 200mg and read many comments that is it only me or others too and found 5 US users reviews about Modafinil that they were on cocain in their past and using Modafinil they get the satisfaction of cocain from Modafinil but they were on 200mg. I also shared this story to my psychiatrist he only asked Are you feel body pain and lethargy i told him yes even the thyroid level of mine always on normal range. you are dependent on sleeping pills which is not good for your health. kindly consult a psychiatrist for guidance on how to quit using them so you do feeling the lethargy. you may consult me for help

Thank you very much doctor for the response you given to me once again. Sleeping pills doesn't matter in my life specially from benzodiazepine series. Recently days i am not feeling lethargy but to be stopped specially Modafinil then i prepare myself to get ready for the lethargy next day. Okay i will Insha Allah will be soon contacted you. Thank you very much doctor for the response you given. But doctor i will never be used others med like horrible SSRI or Anti psychotic i have bad experienced on these types of med. Thank you very much doctor for the response you given. To be honest with you i never believe on psychological treatment how will be the only psychological treatment stopped panic because i take from someone the psychological treatment but unsuccessful. I also don't want to use med but what can i do it is my inability to defend what i am doing or need the satisfaction gaining from med to live my life but i only want to use the ZylexSR and Dowvigil not others even i reduced Gabica from 300 to 50 Insha Allah will stopped it completely. AOA dr. i watched your Youtube videos it is good but you know without sound video feel you know i can make it very interesting or even you can do it yourself with the help of Auto boot voice software and don't worry about the copyright strike because till now not showing restricted or violation of Youtube polices on videos so it is possible to make it with voice with some extra high definition pictures.
