Aslam O alaikum DRS. Long story of depression panic disorder short after 10years i found my suitable med. ZylexSR 300mg, Dowvigil 400mg, Revotril0.5mg, Gabaica 75mg and Keplin 15mg. Dr.only prescribed these med without Keplin Another Dr. she added and said Keplin for booster. Keplin7.5mg 1 weak then 15mg worked for 8 months worked well. Med were stopping to work even Dr. added zylex150mg, Dowvigil 200mg to 400mg Dowvigil working sometimes yes then not. THE MAIN QUESTION IS THAT I ADDED KEPLIN MYSELF 15MG MORE IT IS WORKING EXCELLENT EVEN BETTER FROM WHEN I STARTED THESE MED FROM FIRST DAY AND ALSO REDUCED ZYLEX 450 TO 300, GABAICA 150 TO 75 DON'T NEED IT ON HIGHER DOSES. IS IT ME OR KEPLIN SOMETHING NEED TO INCREASE TO 30MG. YOUR SUGGESTION AND ADVISE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY THIS STRENGTH OF MENTALLY HEALTH. THANK YOU ALL OF YOU DOCTORS.

My psych Dr. adjusted. You can see it on the first Dr. reply where i displayed my prescriptions. I am fine well so don't wants to stop these med. I was on highest dosages of all but now on recommended that's why i am more happy relaxed and if required i will reduce it further more. I wants to share one picture with you dr. if you don't mind that's why i increased Keplin to 30mg and feeling the effects of AD now on my normal stage. Usually dr. mind it so that's why i am not sharing it without permission. Thanks.

welcome thanks Dr. for reply to me. well dr. i am not adjusting it myself. Dr. also told me reduced it but i didn't success and specially the zylex. She also wants to reduce it reduced zylex from 450 to 375mg i tried two weeks then i needed it again gone to 450 but now i am ok and don't need it you know the brain wants to stimulation it. Tried to reduced Keplin30 to 15mg the brain again wanted to fill Zylex to 450 also increase the dosage of Gabaica75 to150. Whenever i increased Keplin 15 to 30 absolutely wants to reduce it. No dullness, tiredness, lethergy with keplin 30. When i was first met her she said 300mg Gabaica no no reduce it but trial and error first time she given me Keplin15mg but life was fair not normal after 6months now successful. I am in touch with her i think she will happy. Let's look her prescription sharing with you.
