Sometimes i feel light headed and dizzy but when i felt light headed yesterday i almost zoned out, I started to feel like a dream as if i am standing in a dream not reality, this feeling lasted for few seconds but it was very uncomfortable ... what is this called? And why such thing happens, ? What could be the reason
one episode occasionally can be due to low blood pressure or sugar but happening more often needs to be evaluated in clinic with some blood tests

Aoa, it can be a symptom of medical condition, you should get a medical opinion first to rule out high blood pressure or blood sugar, it can be a side effect of any kind of medication too specifically self medication used or sleep. If there is no medical reasons then you should be evaluated by a psychiatrist.
